    Gynecological Problem Visit

    Kristen was great, professional, knowledgeable & easy to talk to. Had Shannon stepping in as the MA that day & she's just so pleasant, friendly & a real asset to the office. Only negative was that it's suddenly hard to get through to the office as the phone seems constantly busy. I've been a patient in this practice for over 20 years & it's frustrating to hear a busy signal for 20 minutes.
